Return & Refund
Within 45 days after delivery, if item(s) are in unopened/new condition, we will issue a full refund, minus shipping costs. If the original merchandise packaging is opened, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
After 45 days, no returns will be accepted.
We test all returns. If the customer misrepresents the condition of the product, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Any returned item damaged through misuse, missing parts, or in unsellable condition due to customer tampering/modification will not receive a refund.
Items such as batteries and or other consumables cannot be returned.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you wish to return your order/item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and complete the RMA Authorization Form. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a RMA Return Merchandise Authorization and to receive the RMA Authorization Form.
Items must be returned with a trackable shipping service. If the package doesn't arrive and you didn’t use a trackable shipping service we cannot offer a refund or cover the loss of the items.
Please ensure all returned or exchanged items are repackaged with all parts and documentation that were included. Enclose the completed RMA form with returned items. Write the RMA number on the label like so "OwlDolly RMA (Number)" and ship the package to

Refund Processing Time
Refunds can take up to 5 business days and will be refunded in the same manner as purchased.
Holiday Return Policy
Items shipped between November 1 and December 31 of this year, may be returned until January 31 of the following year for a refund, subject to our return guidelines listed above.
