Return & Refund
- Within 14 days after delivery, if item(s) are in new condition, we will issue a full refund, minus shipping costs. If the original merchandise packaging is opened, a 5% restocking fee will be applied.
- After 14 days, a restocking fee of 15% will apply.
- After 30 days, no returns will be accepted.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If item(s) are damaged, additional repair/replacement cost will be deducted from the refund.
How to return
- Please email Sales@OwlDolly.com for the return address and RMA number.
- Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all parts and documentation that were included.
- Please include a note with your order/RMA number and contact information.
- Pack the item and ship it back to the address provided in the email.
- Once we receive your return, we will initiate the refund.
- Depending upon payment method, refunds can take up to 5 business days.
